Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
By entering this giveaway (the "Promotion"), participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook (Meta).
2. Eligibility
- The Promotion is open to
residents of South Africa only.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or
older.
- Employees of Curated Magic and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
- Entry Method: To enter, participants must
follow Curated Magic on either Facebook or Instagram, and then visit www.curatedmagic.co.za
and complete the official giveaway contact form.
- Social Media Requirements: Participants must follow
our Instagram/Facebook page
- Only one entry per social media platform is permitted. If the participant follows both our Facebook and Instagram accounts, they can complete the entry for each account.
4. The Prize
- The prize consists of one
(1) set of 6 premium photo magnets.
- The prize is
non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or
other items.
- Curated Magic reserves the right to
substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if necessary.
5. Use of Winner’s Images
- By
entering the Promotion, the winner consents to the use of any images of products
that are created as part of the prize for marketing purposes by Curated
Magic.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be selected
at random from all valid entries received via the website contact form.
- The draw will take place on 9
February 2026.
- The winner will be notified
via the email address or phone number provided in the contact form within 48
hours of the draw.
- If the winner does not
respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.
7. Delivery (Pudo)
- The prize will be shipped
using the Pudo service.
- The winner must provide a
valid cell phone number and specify their preferred Pudo Kiosk/Locker
for delivery of the prize.
- Curated Magic is not responsible for
items lost or damaged during transit once handed over to the courier.
8. Data Privacy (POPIA)
- By entering, you consent to
the collection of your name, email, and contact details for the purpose of
administering this giveaway.
- Your data will not be shared
with third parties, except for the courier service (Pudo) for delivery
purposes.
- You may opt-in to communication
from Curated Magic via the contact form, but this is not a requirement for
entry.
9. Limitation of Liability
By
entering, participants release Instagram, Facebook, and Curated Magic
from any liability, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance,
possession, or use of the prize or participation in the Promotion.
